Out-of-Stock Products |

Unless a product page shows an item as backordered, products should be in stock. Although we attempt to fulfill orders as complete, there may be times when we are out of an item because of an inventory error or a backorder by the manufacturer. Our Website does allow for the ordering of backordered items. These items are clearly marked as backordered on the product pages. Whether you have ordered a backordered product or we are out of an item for another reason, we will inform you of any out-of-stock products. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Unless you notify us of a cancellation prior to shipping, your item(s) will ship when it is back in stock. You will not be notified prior to it shipping. Please notify us immediately if you no longer want an out-of-stock item.

Multiple Product Orders |

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.

Typographical Errors and Page Contents |

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, this Website has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. This Website has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, you will receive a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Photo Submission Terms
By submitting an image, you agree to the following policies and terms of use:
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 or 21 years of age, depending on the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are the parent or legal guardian or have permission from the parent or legal guardian to submit the image of the child(ren). You are not submitting a copywrited image. You agree that all photos and materials that you submit or transmit are owned solely by you and that you assume total and exclusive responsibility and liability for the content and the use. DreamBabyGifts.com and Ever After has the right to use your photos on our sites as well as for marketing purposes for an unlimited time frame. You
also agree that you will not submit any photos or other content that is or may be threatening, profane, harassing, defamatory, unlawful, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or which may give rise to civil or criminal liability under any applicable law.
